纸汉文清乾隆五十八年（1793）正月二十七日 24×10.5厘米/扣，共4扣中国第一历史档案馆藏

　　此为福康安向乾隆皇帝报告七世班禅额尔德尼感谢乾隆皇帝颁赐金瓶的奏折。文中“此次钦差大人送金本巴瓶来藏，全为保护黄教”，“实在感激天恩，无可图报，唯有率领众喇嘛，虔诵万寿经，祝延圣寿”等文字，充分反映了七世班禅额尔德尼对于金瓶掣签制度的衷心拥护。金瓶掣签制度确立后，七世班禅额尔德尼先后协助驻藏大臣为九世、十世达赖喇嘛转世灵童举行金瓶掣签仪式，并为其剃度和取法名。（杨鸿蛟）
