In 1933, the Thirteenth Dalai Lama attained nirvana. On February 12, 1934, the National Government posthumously titled him “Great Master of Omnipresent Benevolence, Achiever of Complete Enlightenment, Defender of the Nation and Propagator of the Doctrine.” This is the jade album delivered by the government.
