纸汉文清道光二年（1822）二月二十五日 22.6×10.7厘米/扣，共15扣中国第一历史档案馆藏

　　1822年，驻藏大臣文干和灵海遵旨将寻访到的三名幼童送至拉萨，并会同七世班禅额尔德尼、摄政策墨林呼图克图及噶伦、三大寺堪布等察验后，在布达拉宫三界殊胜殿乾隆皇帝牌位前依例金瓶掣签，掣得理塘幼童为九世达赖喇嘛的转世灵童。这是经金瓶掣签认定的第一位达赖喇嘛。此即驻藏大臣文干向道光皇帝汇报依例察验灵童和金瓶掣签经过及其结果的朱批奏折。（张丽）
