　　此为国民政府1935年十一月加封五世摄政热振活佛为“辅国普化禅师”名号的册文。1933年十三世达赖喇嘛圆寂后，经国民政府批准，五世热振活佛于1934年出任摄政。在任期间，积极改善西藏地方与中央政府之间的关系，协助蒙藏委员会在拉萨建立驻藏办事处，主持十三世达赖喇嘛转世灵童的寻访、认定事宜。后被亲英势力排挤、陷害，1947年含冤死于狱中。（熊文彬）
